Note: Although the stone has no death date, there has been a recent internment in her grave and there is an obituary for her at the website of the Norris-Walen Funeral Home in West Chicago, IL:
"Catherine J. Weiland, age 94, formerly of Aurora, passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2008 in Omaha, NE. She was born on September 29, 1913 in West Chicago to Aloysius and Catherine Wolff. Before residing in Omaha, Catherine had resided in Aurora since 1933.
Catherine was a registered nurse who worked at St. Joseph Hospital from 1936 to 1940. She worked for Dr. Eugene Balthazar from 1941 until her retirement in 1978. Catherine was a member of Holy Angels Church in Aurora and a member of the Legion of Mary Society. She is survived by seven nieces & nephews & many grand-nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers George Wolff and Aloysius Wolff and two sisters Frances Barkei and Marie Hammond.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2008 from 11:00 AM until time of prayers at 12:00 Noon at Norris-Walen Funeral Home (Ronald T. Segert-Director) 132 Fremont St., West Chicago. Mass 12:30 PM at St. Mary’s Church in West Chicago. Interment Calvary Cemetery in West Chicago. 630-231-0060".
