Note: Stone is a granite cylinder mounted on a granite base. It looks like the stone may have been inadvertently mounted with the inscription upside down or rolled over on the base because what appears to be the original inscription is upside down. It appears that an attempt was made to rectify it by repeating the inscription right side up on the other side of the stone. The upside down inscription is in raised letters inside a frame. The right side up version is carved into the stone, no frame.
