2 lines of inscription, second one says "NAPERVILLE, ILL". First one is probably the name of the monument maker or company. This is fairly common on some of the older stones in the cemetery.
West side:
HUELSTER
Note: All the inscriptions are on the base of the monument, not on the obelisk itself.
