Charles was born on 15 Jan 1875, Dubuque, Iowa. His parents were Adam and Catherine (nee: Decher) Doerr. He married Amelia on 3 May 1899. They lived on 514 Charles St., Macomb, IL. Their children were Mabel, Lillian, Florence, Ella, Robert, Walter, George and Margaret. Charles died on 28 Sep 1919.
