Leonard Leroy was born to Arthur and Ethel Mackey Melburg September 14, 1916 and died November 22, 1977. He was a SSGT in the US ARMY in World War II.
He married Phyllis Gardiner on July 21, 1944. He owned and opperated Melburg's Tavern in Oquawaka.
