Bella died with a number of other children at Michael reese hospital of respiratory cardiac failure after receiving anathesia during an operation.A coroner request was submitted to the state of Illinois and is on file.Bella was born in Illinois and died in Illinois.She was from a family of 6 other siblings 4 boys and 2 girls.Her tombstone before fall of 2016 was on a pedestal,but vandals knocked her grave flat til summer 2017 her grave was propped up for viewing.
