George was born 25 Mar 1865 in Hanley, Staffordshire England. His parents were Henry and Eliza Burrows Rigby. In about 1880 the family came to America. Around 1888 George married a widow with two children, Emma Brown Beddington. They lived in Grundy and Will co IL and a short time in Wisconsin. They had six more children. George died 6 Sep 1937 in Joliet IL.
