Mildred was born in Joliet, Will Co IL to Rudolph William and Leona Victoria Parker Stutz. She married Vincent LaVerne Rigby 3 Apr 1924 and they had two sons, Vincent Herbert and Wilbur Francis. Mildred died in Knoxville, Knox Co TN.
