Note: The monument 5 piece. George's stone is a traditional gravestone centered and cemented to the back of a marble base. Octavia and Helen's inscriptions are on the marble base - Octavia's on the left side and Helen's on the right side. There are 2 small blank stones set into the base, presumably one for Octavia and one for Helen. They are shaped like bread boards. The top of Octavia's has been broken off.
