Henry B. Simcox was the son of Luke and Agnes MCKELVIE SIMCOX, born 13 October 1879 and died 4 March 1961 in Monmouth, Warren County, Illinois. Lena Edna MAHAFFEY, daughter of James and Effie May PITTARD MAHAFFEY was born 25 January 1899 and died January 1976. Henry and Effie were married 26 December 1912 in Burlington, Des Moines County, Iowa.
