Bridget, born, Sept 28, 1861, to Emanuel and Frances Smeetem Coyle, in Scotland. First born, of nine children, though it is said she had and older brother, also born in Scotland, who died an infant.
The other eight children were born in Illinois. She married, Francis (Frank) Xavier Hietter, in 1883 and they had seven children, two of them becoming nuns. She passed away on Nov 3rd, 1956 in Peoria, Illinois.
