Elizabeth was born in Scotland, little is known of her family. She married Emanuel in @ 1926. Son of John W and Catherine Coyle; born at Galesburg, IL. Second Lieutenant, Fort Sheridan. Entered the service at Fort Sheridan, July 15, 1918, from Kemper Military Academy, Booneville, MO; commissioned September 16, 1918; transferred to Rice Institute, Houston, TX; transferred to University of Texas; discharged January 3, 1919. They have a son, John W. Coyle, born 1927.
