Thomas was born, July 25, 1871 in Peoria, IL., to James and Bridget A. Delaney Horan. He married Anna E. Coyle on July 25, 1892 in Peoria.
They had five children, Rosella Monica Bridget HORAN(1892–1982),
Thomas Edward Horan(1894–1980), Annie Horan(1897–), John Trancis Horan(1900–1958) and Joseph T Horan(1905–1988). Thomas died on MAR 28, 1908 • Peoria, IL and Anna died on NOV 26, 1964 • Peoria, IL.
