Celia was the eldest of 12 children born to James Frank and Anna (Moel) Stochl. She married William George Unash, son of Anton and Augusta (Hoger) Unash on 10 Jan 1912 in Solon. They lived in Cedar Rapids, Iowa for most of their married life and had four children: George Woodrow, Lester John, Dorothy Celia and John William.
